Incyte Realty ("Incyte Realty", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Incyte Realty Events platform (the "Service"), a tool used by event hosts to send invitations and manage RSVPs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Service or respond to an event invitation through it.

Information We Collect

When you respond to an event invitation through the Service, we collect:

• Contact information — your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• RSVP details — your response (yes / no / maybe), number of guests, and any optional message you include.
• Consent records — the timestamp of your opt-in to SMS messaging.
• Technical data — standard web server logs such as IP address and user-agent, retained for security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Record and share your RSVP with the event host.
• Send you transactional communications about the event you RSVP'd to — including confirmations, reminders, day-of logistics, and follow-ups — by SMS and email.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to protect against fraud and abuse.

SMS Messaging & Mobile Opt-In

When you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on an RSVP form, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Incyte Realty related to the event you are responding to. Message frequency varies based on the event. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email address below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Twilio for SMS delivery and SendGrid for email delivery. Your contact information is shared with these providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to their respective privacy policies.

How We Share Information

We share your information only in limited circumstances:

• With the event host who invited you or whose event you responded to, so they can manage their guest list.
• With service providers who help us operate the Service (Firebase for data storage, Twilio for SMS and SendGrid for email delivery), under contractual data-protection obligations.
• When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain RSVP records for as long as the event host maintains an account with us, plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and compliance. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Your Choices

• SMS: reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
• Access & deletion: contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to request its deletion.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Event hosts may include children's counts in RSVPs, but we do not collect personal information about the children themselves.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
